Q: What is the difference between deactivating and deleting my account?
A: Deactivating is temporary and fully reversible, log back in anytime to restore. Deleting is permanent but has a 30-day recovery window; after that all data is gone. See Delete or Deactivate.
Q: How do I delete my warpSpeed account?
A: Go to User Centre → Edit profile → Delete or Deactivate Account → Delete account permanently → complete the reason survey → tap Delete Account. You have 30 days to change your mind. See Delete or Deactivate.
Q: How do I change location or notification access?
A: Go to User Centre → Permissions. If the permission is still one your device will ask about, the button prompts you in place. If you have already answered, the button opens your device settings instead, because your device will not let the app ask twice. See Managing App Permissions.
Q: Where do I go for help or to contact support?
A: Go to User Centre → Help & support. It offers App Walkthrough to run the guided tour again, Help Centre for the articles, and Contact Us to reach the team. See Getting Help and Support.
Q: Can I bring my notes over from Google Keep?
A: Yes, as a one-off import. Go to User Centre → Integrated services → Google Keep. You export your notes from Google Takeout first, then upload the .zip here. It only creates new notes; nothing you already have is touched. See Importing Your Notes from Google Keep.
Q: Is Google Keep kept in sync with warpSpeed?
A: No. Unlike email and calendar, Keep is a one-way import you run yourself. Notes created in Keep afterwards will not appear. See Importing Your Notes from Google Keep.
Q: Why is my Google Takeout export taking so long?
A: That part is entirely Google's side. A small library can take minutes, a large one several hours, and a very large account occasionally a day or more. Google emails you when it is ready, so you do not need to wait in the app. See Importing Your Notes from Google Keep.
Q: Do my Keep labels, colours and pinned notes survive the import?
A: Yes. Labels become tags in warpSpeed, and colours, pinned status and archived status all carry over. If an imported note is not in your main list, check your archive. See Importing Your Notes from Google Keep.
Q: Should I upload the .zip or a .json file?
A: The .zip from Takeout. It carries your notes and their attachments together; a .json imports the text only. Either way the limit is 100 MB. See Importing Your Notes from Google Keep.
Q: Is it safe to run the Google Keep import twice?
A: Yes. Notes already brought across are recognised and skipped rather than duplicated, so re-running after a partial or interrupted import is fine. See Understanding Your Google Keep Import Results.
Q: Why did some of my Keep notes not import?
A: The results screen groups the reasons with a count against each. Several are harmless: duplicates are notes you had already imported, and the import limit means you set a maximum. Others mean an attachment was missed while the note itself came through fine. See Understanding Your Google Keep Import Results.
Q: The import says no notes were found. What went wrong?
A: Almost always the Takeout export did not include Keep. Takeout starts with every Google product ticked, so unless you tapped Deselect all and then ticked Keep, you may have exported everything except your notes. Redo the export with only Keep selected. See Understanding Your Google Keep Import Results.
