Getting Help and Support

What it does

Help & Support is where you go when the app is not doing what you expected, or when you want to be shown around it again.

How to use it

1. Open the User Centre and tap Help & support.
2. Three options:
3. App Walkthrough, which takes you back through the guided tour of the app.
4. Help Centre, which opens the help articles.
5. Contact Us, for reaching the team directly.

Tips & shortcuts

• The guided tours also appear on their own the first time you visit each part of the app. App Walkthrough is how you see them again afterwards.
• Video guides, a separate entry in the User Centre menu, covers the same ground in video form.
