AI Draft Assistant: Let AI Write Your Email

What it does

The Draft Email Assistant uses AI to write your email body for you based on context, ideal when you're staring at a blank compose screen or need a strong starting draft fast.

How to use it

1. Open the Draft screen (either composing a new email or replying/forwarding).
2. Add your To, Subject, and any key details you want the AI to work from.
3. Tap the warpSpeed Eye icon in the editor toolbar. (AI-powered, Warp)
4. The warpSpeed Eye menu opens. Tap Draft Email Assistant.
5. The AI generates a complete email body based on your subject line, recipients, and any context already in the body.
6. Review the draft. It appears directly in the editor, edit any part of it as you would your own text.
7. When satisfied, tap Send.

Tips & shortcuts

• Give the AI more to work with by typing a few bullet points in the body before opening the Draft Email Assistant; the more context, the better the output.
• If the draft isn't what you wanted, you can immediately tap the warpSpeed Eye again and choose Rewrite to try a different version, or use Tone Change to adjust how it sounds. See Tone Change & Rewrite.
• A Rewind button appears after the AI makes changes, tap it to undo the AI edit and restore your original text.
• The warpSpeed Eye is only available in the Draft screen, not in the read view.
