AI Suggestions and Video Guides on Home¶
What it does¶
Below the Workspace tiles, Home offers two ways to get moving: four things you can ask Warp to do, and short video walkthroughs of the app.
Here's how I can help¶
Four suggestions, always the same four:
- Help me focus on top priorities
- Summarise my inbox
- Draft quick email responses
- Build my daily plan
Tap one and Ask Warp opens with that request already written. You can send it as it is, or edit it first.
They are a starting point rather than a menu of everything Warp can do. Once you are comfortable, ask in your own words: Warp works across your email, calendar, tasks, notes and messages, so it can handle requests that span several of them at once.
Video Guide¶
The section at the bottom of Home holds short walkthroughs. Tapping through opens Video guides in the User Centre, where the full set lives.
If you do not want it on Home, dismiss it. A small link stays behind so you can bring it back, and using that link scrolls it into view.
Tips & shortcuts¶
- The suggestions are the same for everyone and do not change based on your data. The genuinely personal starting points are in Today's summary above them.
- Can I assist? on Today's summary opens the same assistant, but without a prompt filled in, so use that when you already know what you want to ask.
- For guided tours of the app itself rather than videos, use App Walkthrough under Help & support in the User Centre.
