Phone Actions¶
What it does¶
Each phone number on a contact's profile is an interactive row. Tap the number to expand it and access quick actions: Call, SMS, and Copy. If a contact has multiple numbers, each is its own expandable row.
How to use it¶
- Open a contact's details screen.
- Find the Phone section.
- Tap a phone number row to expand it and reveal the action buttons.
- Tap the desired action:

- You can also tap the call icon directly (without expanding) to immediately open the dialler.
Each number is labelled with its type: Home / Work / Personal / Main / Work fax / Home fax / Pager / Other.
Tips & shortcuts¶
- Tap the call icon directly on the number row to dial without expanding the actions panel.
- If a contact has multiple phone numbers, each row expands independently; only one needs to be expanded at a time.
