Contacts Overview¶
What it does¶
Contacts is warpSpeed's unified address book. It syncs with your connected accounts (Google, Outlook, iCloud) and distinguishes between warpSpeed (WS) contacts: people who also use warpSpeed, and non-WS contacts from your external address books. From a contact's profile you can call, message, email, create tasks, schedule events, and see shared history.
How to use it¶
- Tap the Contacts tab to open the contacts list.
- Contacts are displayed alphabetically in a sectioned list with letter headers. An alphabetical scroll bar on the right edge lets you jump to any letter.
- Each card shows the profile picture (or initials avatar), full name, and (if applicable) a golden star (priority contact) or red alert circle (duplicate detected).
- WS contacts (warpSpeed users) appear with full profile features; non-WS contacts show an Invite option.
- Use the filter bar below the header to narrow the list: All / Priority / Labels (dropdown of your available labels).
- Tap the search bar in the header to search contacts by name.
- Tap the floating create button to create a new contact.
- Tap any contact card to open their full details screen.
Empty state: If no contact accounts are connected, an EmptyContactAccounts view prompts you to connect an account via Integrations.
Tips & shortcuts¶
- Tap the Labels filter chip to select a label and instantly filter to contacts in that group.
- The alphabetical scroll bar on the right is the fastest way to jump to a specific letter when you have many contacts.
- Contacts with a red alert circle icon have detected duplicates, tap into the contact to review and merge them.
