Integrated Services

What it does

Integrated services is where you connect your accounts (email providers, calendar services, and contact sources) to warpSpeed. Once connected, warpSpeed syncs from those services to power Email, Calendar and Contacts.

How to use it

  1. Go to User Centre → tap Integrated services (phone-portrait-outline icon).
  2. Connections are grouped by provider, so you see what you have connected with Google, Microsoft, Apple and the rest rather than a flat list. Within that, the services are:
Section Integration types
Email Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo Mail, and others
Calendar Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and others
Contacts iCloud Contacts, and others

Each card shows the provider logo, name, and the number of connected accounts (e.g. "1 Account Connected").

Connect a provider (e.g. Google, Microsoft): 3. Tap the provider. 4. An in-app browser opens for the sign-in flow. 5. Sign in and grant permissions once. That single approval connects that provider's mail, calendar and contacts together, rather than asking you to sign in three separate times. 6. On success, a notification appears: "Success! You're now integrated with [Service Name]". If other services still need connecting, the notification prompts: "Connect your next service".

Connect a password-based integration (e.g. iCloud, Yahoo Mail): 7. Tap the integration card. 8. Enter your email and app-specific password on the Password Setup screen.

Manage a connected integration: 9. Tap a connected integration card to open the Integration detail screen: see Managing an Integration.

Integration limit: 10. If your plan does not permit more integrations, the card appears with a light-yellow background and is disabled. Tapping it shows: "You have reached your integration limit. Upgrade your plan to activate more integrations."

Re-authentication: 11. If a connected account's authentication expires, a red alert-circle warning icon appears on the integration card, tap through to re-authenticate.

Tips & shortcuts

  • Connecting a provider brings across its mail, calendar and contacts in one go. You do not have to connect each separately.
  • Yahoo Mail is controlled by a feature flag, if the Yahoo Mail card is not visible, it may not be enabled for your account.
  • If you are moving over from Google Keep, its notes are imported from the Google Keep entry here rather than connected as an ongoing sync. See Importing Your Notes from Google Keep.
  • Watch for the red warning icon on integration cards; it means a connection has expired and emails/calendar events from that account will stop syncing until you re-authenticate.
