AI Note Tools: Tidy Up, Proofread, and Synonyms

What it does

The warpSpeed Eye button in the note toolbar opens an AI tools menu with three capabilities: Tidy Up restructures and cleans your note content; Proofread checks spelling and grammar; Synonyms suggests alternative words for selected text. All three consume AI credits.

How to use it

Open the AI tools menu: 1. Open a note with content. 2. Tap the warpSpeed Eye icon (leftmost icon in the toolbar, only shown when text is present). 3. The warpSpeed Tools panel appears. Menu items are disabled if the note has no content.

Tidy Up: 4. Tap Tidy Up. The AI restructures, cleans, and rewrites the full note. 5. On completion, the note body is replaced with the tidied version. A Previous version panel appears below the note body (tap ⋯ to expand, Hide to collapse). 6. The note auto-saves with the new content. 7. Error: "Something went wrong while tidying up the note." 8. Tidy Up can only be run once per editing session; running it again shows "This action has already been taken on this note".

Proofread: 4. Tap Proofread. The AI checks the entire note for spelling and grammar. 5. Suggestions are highlighted inline in the note body. If no issues are found, a notification shows "Proofread complete, No suggestions found." 6. Error: "Something went wrong while proofreading the note."

Synonyms: 4. Select a word in the note body. 5. Tap the warpSpeed Eye: synonym options appear in the panel. 6. Tap a synonym to replace the selected word in the editor.
