What it does
Shared Media is a dedicated screen that collects all media, links, and documents ever shared in a chat. It organises content into three tabs and supports actions like download, forward, and find-in-chat.
How to use it
- Open a chat and tap the ⋯ menu or header options → Shared Media.
- The Shared Media screen opens with three tabs:

- Tap a tab to switch between content types. Each tab paginates, scroll to the bottom to load more items.
- Long-press or tap the action button on any item to access:

- For bulk actions: tap items to enter multi-select mode. A red Cancel button appears in the header to exit multi-select.
- Tap the back arrow in the header to return to the chat.
Tips & shortcuts
- Use the Links tab to quickly retrieve URLs shared in a conversation without scrolling through the entire chat history.
- Find in Chat on any shared item jumps directly to where that file or link was originally sent in the thread.
