Change Password

What it does

The Change Password screen lets you update your account password to keep your account secure.

How to use it

Change your password: 1. Go to User Centre → tap your profile photo or Edit profile → scroll down to Change Password and tap it. 2. Fill in the three password fields: - Old Password (lock-closed-outline icon) - New Password (lock-closed-outline icon) - Confirm New Password (lock-closed-outline icon) 3. Tap Save to confirm. On success, a notification appears: "Password updated".

Forgot your password (reset flow): 4. If you can't remember your current password, use the Forgot Password flow from the login screen instead. 5. In some app builds, the Change Password screen may display: "This build can only start the reset-password flow. Please check your email inbox to finish changing your password."; this means the reset email has been sent; check your inbox to complete the process.

Tips & shortcuts

• If you are locked out and cannot enter the Old Password field, go back to the login screen and use Forgot Password there; you cannot bypass the old-password requirement from within the app.
