Quick Respond: AI-Powered Tone Replies

What it does

Quick Respond uses AI to generate a ready-to-send reply in a specific tone with a single tap. Instead of composing from scratch, you choose how you want to come across and the AI writes the response for you.

How to use it

1. Open an email in Email Detail or while in Email Flow.
2. Tap Quick Respond from the action menu (lightning bolt icon).
3. Five tone options appear:
4. Appreciative: warm and grateful.
5. Professional: formal and business-appropriate.
6. Diplomatic: tactful and balanced.
7. Confident: direct and assured.
8. Concise: brief and to the point.
9. Tap the tone that fits your intent.
10. (AI-powered, Warp) A draft reply is generated based on the email context and the selected tone.
11. Review the draft in the Draft screen. Edit if needed, then tap Send.

Tips & shortcuts

• Concise is great for acknowledgement emails or short confirmations where a long reply would feel odd.
• Diplomatic works well for sensitive topics or when you need to push back without causing friction.
• You can edit the AI-generated draft before sending; the generated text is a starting point, not a final answer.
• If the first draft isn't quite right, return to Quick Respond and try a different tone.
