Working Through Priority Email Flow¶
What it does¶
Priority Email Flow takes the emails on your Priorities screen and gives them to you one at a time, with the actions for each right there. It suits the moment when you want to clear the decks rather than browse: you deal with what is in front of you, and the next one arrives.
How to use it¶
- Open Priorities.
- To work through everything, tap the Priority Email Flow button on the summary at the top.
- To work through a single group instead, tap the heading of that group's card. You will only see emails from Chased, Upcoming, Decisions or Priority Contacts, whichever you picked.
- Read the email on screen and pick an action. Dealing with it moves you on to the next.
- When there is nothing left, the flow tells you the group is clear.
Tips & shortcuts¶
- Starting from the Priority Email Flow button is a fresh start: anything you took out of a previous flow, for example by marking it unread, comes back. Entering a single group's flow, or coming back after opening an email, keeps your place instead.
- If you are on All inboxes, the flow moves across all of your accounts rather than stopping at the end of one.
- Flow and Priority Email Flow are not the same thing. The Flow tab works through your inbox generally; Priority Email Flow only covers mail Warp has flagged as needing you.
- You can leave a flow at any point. Nothing you have already actioned is undone.
