Your Home Screen

What it does

Home is where the app opens, and it answers one question: what does today ask of you. It pulls together your calendar, your tasks, your priority email and your unread messages so you can see the state of your day without opening any of them.

Everything on Home is live. There is nothing to refresh or set up, and nothing you do here changes your data unless you tap through to act on something.

What is on it

Scrolling from the top:

  1. A greeting, with the time of day and your first name.
  2. Today's summary, one sentence covering what needs you, with a Can I assist? button that hands the lot to Warp.
  3. Today's schedule, the events you have today, with all-day items collected at the top.
  4. Tasks, what is due today and anything overdue.
  5. Your Workspace, two tiles: priority email and unread conversations.
  6. Here's how I can help, four things you can ask Warp to do.
  7. Video Guide, short walkthroughs of the app.

The order never changes, so you learn where to look.

How to use it

  1. Read the summary first. If it says you are all caught up, you are.
  2. Work down the sections that have something in them.
  3. Tap any row to open it: an event opens in the calendar, a task opens in Tasks.
  4. Use View all at the top right of the schedule and tasks sections to open the full screen behind them.

Tips & shortcuts

  • Home only ever shows today. The schedule is today's events and the tasks list is what is due today or already overdue; anything further out appears once today is clear.
  • Sections that are clear say so in a positive way rather than going blank. That's it for today, You're clear for today and All caught up all mean you are on top of it.
  • If a section asks you to connect something, that is because the service is not connected, not because it is empty. A connected calendar with a free day never asks you to connect a calendar.
  • The countdowns update by themselves, once a minute. You do not need to pull to refresh.
